NGO "Society and Banks" together with Iliaun's "Financial Education Center" discussed the importance of human capital in economic development and the existing labor force in the country.

As the study shows, the trend of decline in work force is observed in the country. The main reasons for this are: low birth rate, migration and increase of aging population.
